As a Johnsonville Member, you’ll enjoy exceptional benefits, incentives, paid-time off and workplace amenities!
Johnsonville’s amazing bonus program, Great Performance Share (GPS) reflects the guiding principle, “We Work as a Team, We Win as a Team.” Members know that each job within the company (including their own!) is critical to our success. The GPS program inspires all members to feel that their work is more than just a job. Through the GPS program, all part-time and full-time Members are eligible to receive a monthly bonus based on their personal performance and the performance and profitability of the company. GPS rewards our members for achieving these goals using a balanced scorecard, encouraging members to always act in the best interests of the company, and providing a platform to discuss business results on a monthly basis. Johnsonville bonuses are higher than the market, paying out approximately 200 percent of bonus targets to our Members each year since 2000.
Johnsonville’s outstanding package of benefits makes Johnsonville one of the best companies to work for. The package includes wellness programs, featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, walking path and on-site fitness classes.
Johnsonville is dedicated to building a self-sustaining, prosperous future for the families and children who make up our communities.
Strengthening our communities is an extension of our corporate mission, which requires each of us to fully develop our talents and potential. We proudly help the people in our communities reach their full potential through community giving programs.
In addition, the company supports many other local and national programs, including the United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Research and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
We even offer paid Service Time Off for our Members to volunteer in the community.
Johnsonville is a people-oriented company with a strong commitment to work-life balance.
We are proud to offer flexible work arrangements that fit our member's unique needs. Just as each member and each team is different, we offer a variety of non-traditional working arrangements that enhance overall work-life satisfaction. Instead of a "one size fits all" approach, we let members and coaches determine where, when and how work gets done while achieving great results for the organization.
At Johnsonville, you can be who you are.
We want our workforce to be as diverse as the customers and consumers we serve. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to become great and reach their full potential as a Johnsonville Member.
Opportunities for you to continually grow and develop are essential to The Johnsonville Way.
