Johnsonville’s operations team – which includes production, maintenance and sanitation members – is the heart of our organization. As an operations member, you’ll produce only the highest-quality products, in the safest and most efficient manner possible.
Maintenance
We can’t do what we do best – make our great-tasting sausage products – unless our equipment is running well and reliably. This is where you’ll do your part to make Johnsonville great, by keeping our machines, lines and facilities running. You and your maintenance teammates will be responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as our electrical and controls systems. You’ll also work closely with our engineers and production members to make important upgrades to our production machinery, as innovate and grow our business.

Administrative Support
As a member of our administrative support team, you’ll be a valued member of the team as you assist with big picture as well as day-to-day support. You may provide support to engineering, safety, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, R&D, marketing or other functions within the company. Your responsibilities could include supporting effective meetings, event planning, vendor negotiations, creating presentations and documents, receptionist/switchboard coverage, analyzing data and providing insights and recommendations.
Accounting/Finance
Being a member of this team means you’ll partner with business units by providing financial analysis for decision-making purposes. We’ll rely on you to report, plan and evaluate our financial results, as well ensure that our financial transactions and reports are timely, accurate and efficient. Human Resources (Member Services)
As part of Johnsonville’s Member Services team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, building and retaining a highly talented, diverse workforce. As a member of our logistics team, you must be detail-oriented but also be able to see the big picture – to ensure all elements of the supply chain process are considered and accounted for during the distribution process.

As a member of our supply chain team, you’ll ensure our customers receive noticeably better service, and assist our operations team to obtain the lowest industry cost. You will work closely with internal partners, customers and vendors to provide a seamless and hassle-free supply chain.
