Harvest Coordinator
After interviewing at Johnsonville, touring the facility and meeting with the members, Felipe felt welcomed and liked how involved the leaders and coaches were. “Seeing our plant coordinator out on the floor and not just sitting in his office, it really feels like he cares. He knows everyone by name. He knows all the positions here and understands how physically demanding they are. It’s hard work.” Felipe would love to continue to work in a production plant as he grows his career.
