Associate Product Development Scientist
Taylor joined Johnsonville’s Rotational Career Development Program after earning a Master’s Degree in Meat Science from Iowa State. In her first two years with the company, she gained cross-functional experience on the Food Safety Quality, Sensory, Continuous Improvement, Finance and Marketing teams before settling into a permanent role on the R&D team.
“At first it was intimidating to think about working on certain teams that, as a meat scientist, you wouldn’t get exposure to. But understanding challenges that different teams face helps me see the big picture.”
